1. Where are made the products?

The creation department of Un Rendez-vous Français is based in Rhône-Alpes, where all of our products are thought, designed and printed.

2. How can I take care of my products Un Rendez-vous Français?

In order to take care of the products, follow the instructions on them. We advise a machine wash at 40 for most of them.

3. Where do the patterns come from? Do they resist to machine wash?

The pattern come from inkjet printed. The inks used are made to resist to machine washes. Indeed, you can easily take care of your products without any risks.

  • How to create a customer’s account at Un Rendez-vous Français?

To create an account URDVFR, you just have to:

  1.     Click on “Connexion” on the screen’s right top of the welcoming page
  2.     Once on the identification page, click on “create an account” and fill the form with your first name, your last name and your e-mail address.
  3.     Click on “Continue” and fill the last form about your registration. You will receive an e-mail
  • How to connect yourself at your customer's account?

To connect yourself at your customer’s account on URDVFR, you juste have to:

  1. click on “Connexion” on the right top of the welcoming page
  2. enter your IDs

5. How to subscribe our newsletter?

To subscribe to our newsletter, go to the welcoming page and enter your e-mail address in the right field.

To cancel your registration to the newsletter, click on the subscription link on the bottom of your newsletter.

6. My cart

To add product to your cart, click on the “add to cart” field on the product’s details page.

To see and order your purchases in your cart, click on “see my cart” on the right top of the page

To delete a product from your cart, click on the deleting cross on the right of each product.

7. Product availability

If one product is not available, keep a look on the website, it won’t last!

Come back later, we will replenish our stock as soon as possible!

8. How can I order?

To order a product, you just have to:

  1.     Create an account and enter your IDs in the “connexion” field
  2.     Select your product and add it to your cart
  3.     Validate your cart
  4.     Enter your shipping address
  5.     Confirm and pay you order

Once your order validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

To follow your order’s status, you can log you in your account and look at the “my order” section.

9. What kind of credit card do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

10. Can I pay with any other payment method?

You also can pay by cheque, bank wire or PayPal.

11. How can I learn about Un Rendez-vous Français's discounts and good deals?

To receive our offers, subscribes to our newsletter on visit our websites.

12. How can I use my voucher?

After filling your cart, you can enter your voucher in the “voucher” field.

Its value will be automatically deduced from the initial order amount.

If your voucher doesn’t work, please contact the customers’ service thanks to the contact form.

13. Can I change my shipping address?

We let you the opportunity to create several shipping addresses on your account.

When you will order your purchases, you will be able to select the shipping address of your choice. However, once your purchases ordered you can’t change the shipping address anymore.

14. Is it possible to ship my order abroad?

We deliver our products all over the world.

You have to take in account the delivery time might be a bit a longer than usual.

15. How can I follow my order’s status?

Once your order validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

To follow your order’s status, you can log you in your account and look at the details in “my order” section.

16. Problem and order cancelling

If any problem occurs, please contact our customers’ service through the contact form.

17. Returns

It is possible to exchange/return an order if the product doesn’t suitor show a material defect. You are in charge of the shipping costs, except if the product is defective.

The products must be returned in their initial packaging.

The reimbursement will be effective maximum within 8 days after receiving the return.

18. My order shows a material defect

To guarantee a successful purchase, your orders are packaged with the greatestcare.

However, it might exceptionally happen a product shows a material defect.

In this case, you have 30 days to return the order and be reimbursed.

19. The products don’t correspond to what I ordered

To guarantee a successful purchase, your orders are packaged with the greatestcare. 

However, it might exceptionally happen a product is not the one you ordered.

In this case, you have 30 days to return the order.

We will award you a voucher or you will be reimbursed.

20. Products’ pictures

All the products’ details are described on each product’s page.

However, the products’ pictures and colours might be a bit different because of the screen used.
