Return Policy

Our return policy is detailed on this page. Products can be returned by the buyer.

The products must be returned to VALTEX GROUP in perfect condition for resale in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions ...), properly sealed and accompanied by the signed return note.

Return by post

It is possible to return a product bought on the website www.unrendezvousfrancais.comto VALTEX GROUP within 30 days of the date of receipt of the buyer’s order. The shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. The initial shipping costs are nor refunded.

To return an order, the buyer should:

1.      Use the order’s original condition accompanied by the signed return note
2.      Returns without signed return note will not be accepted
3.      Ship de package to the following address:

Packages sent to VALTEX GROUP freight collect can unfortunately not be accepted.

Failure to comply with the above procedure and time limits, will invalidate any Customer claim concerning the deliveryfaulty or substandard goods, such goods being therefore presumed sound.
